I'm a volunteer tutor and mentor
What made you want to volunteer?
I volunteered a lot in school and I loved it. I wanted to keep on doing it whilst I was as university.
What do you enjoy about volunteering at Bright Futures UK?
The team is very kind and helpful, and the students you get to work with are really wonderful. I get to meet lots of different, happy and strong people!
What would you say to someone who is thinking about volunteering?
It's definitely worth it, in whatever role you do it. You will meet new people and make connections and might even find a whole new thing you're interested in. Its a really great opportunity for growth and you get to do something good, I would definitely recommend it.
